Kaye has unique breadth & depth of experience with 30+ years in sales & marketing of enterprise software.
Kaye has held senior leadership roles in companies of all sizes from start-ups through to major corporations, and has worked in the UK, US, Australia, NZ and Asia. Kaye has also been in the founder's seat - designing and developing a specialist Legal ERP, leading the growth of the company from its start-up in New Zealand, through international expansion and selling the solution to the world's largest law firms, to a public listing on the London Stock Exchange, and then a successful exit via trade sale.
In her consulting business, Kaye works directly with ambitious tech companies - either in advisory or hands-on roles - combining her experience & expertise with her natural drive & energy to help these companies to grow sales and to achieve success in their markets.
